Community Health Centers
Primary Care Services
At Riverside University Health System, we have 13 Community Health Centers (CHCs). All are Federally Qualified Health Centers. Our CHCs offer a scope of services, including care for those without health insurance. We provide care on a sliding fee scale, based on ability to pay.

*Express care which includes vaccinations, acute and chronic illnesses, aches, and pains; acute and chronic injuries; labs, tests, womens' health exams, and more.
